After issue with trailer, when called to get advice on how to handle, I was constantly given the excuse that my trailer was "not a cross-country trailer," over and over again, even after expressing I only use it to haul kayaks. Apparently if you don't spend big $ with them, you are not worth their time. Lesson learned. Business elsewhere.
